The Lifestyle Network (www.thelifestylenet-work.net), a virtual community, has been formed by a consortium of blue-chip organisations from UK government, commerce, research and academia. Founder members include Cadbury Schweppes, Cranfield Business School, the DTI, ICL, the Open University, MORI and Vodafone. TLN president Gill Ringland claims this is “the first community to focus on the changing wants of individuals rather than starting with the organisations’. It also focuses on a technology push.”
