A number of leading UK telecom companies are considering suing BT, according to IT website Silicon.com. The speculation results from Colt, Cable & Wireless, Energis, Thus and Telinco collectively reaching a stalemate in their negotiations with BT over flat-rate Internet access on the local loop – a service called Friaco.
