Expedia.co.uk, the online travel service, starts a &£2.3m TV and poster campaign this week. Running for four weeks, it emphasises Expedia’s ability to take care of ‘every element’ of travel arrangements. It also highlights developments such as Expedia To Go, a service enabling travellers to access travel information on personal digital assistants (PDAs) and Web-enabled WAP phones while en route. The ad campaign was developed by Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper. Media was bought by Media Planning, while online support will be provided by AKQA and Avenue A.
