Martin Giles has been appointed publisher and editorial director for CFO Europe, a new monthly magazine published by The Economist Group and due for launch on April 24.

Forecourt Television has appointed former BSkyB group sales and marketing director Tony Vickers as non-executive chairman and former NBC Europe sales director Alan Bryson as sales and marketing manager.

RAC has drawn up a shortlist of five for its 4m media account: BBJ Media Services, BMP Optimum, MGM, Walker Media and Western Media. It wants to appoint an agency before the end of April. Its creative account moved to M&C Saatchi last month (MW March 12).
