Verticly’s O2O (online to offline) platform delivers personalised ads to consumers across all channels and devices, using social media and location data.

The tech startup has offices in London, Newcastle and Athens and works with advertisers, brands and publishers to drive  more sales, loyalty and marketing return on investment by linking sales data across channels.

Founded by Ryan Kliszat, former managing director at Docdata, and Christian Ramsoy, who has been developing websites since the mid-1990s, the company raised €1m (£775,000) from angel investors earlier this year.

It is working with several Fortune 500 companies and is projected to show tenfold year-on-year growth. Verticly is also expanding to the Middle East, Europe and the US.
