Wyzerr creates surveys that are more like games, with an element of artificial intelligence.

The Kentucky-based research company has raised $1.5m (£1m) led by Connetic Ventures, adding to the existing investment of $500,000 (£342,231) from Connetic Ventures, Marshall Ventures and Cincinnati startup accelerator Brandery, of which it is a recent graduate.

It was founded in 2014 by Natasia Malaihollo, CEO; Bjorn K Simmons, chief strategy officer; and Stedmon Harper, creative director. Malaihollo claims they can “capture feedback from 25 questions regarding customer experience in under 60 seconds”, the results of which are presented on a dashboard.

Wyzerr works with brands to run quick surveys and provides instant access to insights. It has targeted hotels, airlines and other clients where service is important.
