Don’t snigger at the way we do it

You may mock our ‘director of first impressions’ (Diary, MW October 26) but we believe that our flair for doing things differently is crucial to the success of our business.

In today’s competitive environment, where companies have to strive consistently for sustainable differentiation between themselves and their competitors, the old saying “It’s not what you do but the way you do it” has never been more appropriate.
