Drugsline appoints agency to promote services

Drugsline, the national drugs crisis charity, has appointed brand communications agency Hey Moscow to promote its services to young people. The appointment follows a competitive pitch against undisclosed agencies.

The charity has brief the agency to develop a communications and marketing strategy and it will also promote and develop Drugsline’s education outreach programme for schools, which warns teenagers against addiction and its consequences.

The charity, which was set up in 1998, also runs a crisis and support drop-in centre for education, help and support.

Drugsline is recognised as a Drugs Prevention Service by the London Borough of Redbridge Health Authority and the Waltham Forest Primary Care Trust. It is also a member of the local Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT).
