Each of the agencies will also be rebranded as part of the new group name. Direct marketing business EHS Brann will be renamed as EHS 4D, digital arm Euro RSCG 4D Digital as EHS 4D Digital and data specialists EHS Brann Discovery will now be EHS 4D Discovery.
The name change will not affect any ongoing client relationships or other job roles at any of the businesses within the group.
EHS says the names were chosen to combine the heritage of the EHS business with ‘4D’ and its close ties with parent network Euro RSCG. It hopes that the group will be able to forge a more direct external link with the network’s offices worldwide.
Tash Whitmey will also become managing director of the DM agency EHS 4D in London, a promotion from her previous role as managing partner of EHS Brann.
Mike Spicer, managing director of the new EHS 4D Group, says: “This change of name comes after a raft of positive news for our business and is designed to better communicate our proposition in the market and the global scope of our organisation. We feel that there is true value in heralding our role in an international network for clients and this isn’t a link that we have forged directly before.”
“We are increasingly seeing a greater demand for the work that we do in using data-lead insight to enrich our output for clients, informing all channels, be it a website, email or social media. As such, the three elements of the group have never been so closely aligned in the solutions that they deliver for our clients, and this renaming provides greater clarity to both them and all outside parties.”
World Horse Welfare, the international charity dedicated to caring for horses, recently appointed EHS Brann to handle a £1m multi-channel marketing campaign.
Unilever recently consolidated its digital marketing globally, with the addition of Euro RSCG 4D Worldwide on to its roster.
