FA chairman Martin Glenn and reality star Katie Price will both headline the Festival of Marketing 2016 as the line-up of high-profile speakers continues to take shape.

FA chairman Martin Glenn will open day two of this year’s Festival of Marketing as part of the ‘Brand Britain’ panel, which will analyse the country’s image following the controversial Brexit vote.

Glenn, who has led the FA since May 2015, has experienced a difficult start in the role after firing previous England manager Roy Hodgson following a disastrous Euro 2016 campaign. And the former Walkers’ and Cadbury marketing chief will join Only Fingers and Toes’ founder India Garry Martin as well as Ipsos Mori’ CEO Ben Page to debate Britain’s current global brand identity.

Katie Price, meanwhile, will be the closing headliner on day two of this year’s Festival of Marketing, which runs from 5 October to 6 October.

Previously known by the pseudonym Jordan, Price remains one of the UK’s most well-known celebrities having built a recognisable brand after progressing from glamour model to TV personality. And she will be discussing how she has maintained and evolved her brand over the years, as well as her use of shock value as a marketing technique.

Glenn and Price are not the only high-profile Festival of Marketing 2016 headliners, with Apple’ co-founder Steve Wozniak, Sir Martin Sorrell and Unilever’ CEO Keith Weed also set to take to the stage.
