The Festival of Marketing is back and bigger than ever in 2022, with the launch of Transform, a two-day event designed to offer insight and inspiration for marketers looking to transform their brand and career.

With more than 80 speakers, the hybrid event, which features both in-person and virtual content, will focus on helping marketers broaden their skills and realise their potential and the potential of marketing.

The key theme for day one is ‘innovate’, which is designed to help marketers think and act differently. Topics include changing perceptions, making sense of changes in culture, society and technology as well a category creation and disruption.

Meanwhile, the focus for day two is ‘activate’, exploring how marketers can realise opportunities and put them into practise. Topics will include building the team of the future, upskilling and creating a more diverse workforce.

Speakers already lined up include UKTV’s chief marketing and innovation officer, Simon Michaelides; Smart Energy GB CEO Dan Brooke; Marketing Week columnist and partner at Passionbrand, Helen Edwards; and Elvie CMO Aoife Nally.

Content will be a mixture of keynotes, panels and interactive masterclasses all designed to be dynamic, informative and packed full of practical advice.

Russell Parsons, editor-in-chief of Marketing Week and the Festival of Marketing, says: “Marketers have the power to transform businesses and brands. At the Festival of Marketing in March we will celebrate this as well as illustrate how it can be achieved.”
