FindaProperty launches on-site display ads, the AN Digital-owned property portal, is launching display ads on its site for the first time. It says the move is a response to demand from major advertisers.

The move had already bought in advertisers such as NatWest, Direct Line and internet recruitment site,

The advertising is tailored and delivered according to the relevant section of the site, such as sales, rentals or investment, and can also target specific geographical regions as well as overseas. AN Digital will handle the account as part of its expanding advertising network.

FindaProperty has 2 million unique visitors per month and publishes details of over 240,000 properties for sale or to rent, from over 5,000 different agents.

This is a great opportunity for advertisers to hit a previously untapped audience of serious house-hunters.
