The idea behind the promotion is simple – tell marketers about the extensive nature of Talk Radio’s cricket, rugby and football coverage with that little extra Talk touch.
So what choice bit of added value did the Talkers send out? A football to give to the kids? No – a jock strap accompanied by a close-up snapshot of a well-endowed man wearing one.
Talk has proved it really does know how to put together an impressive package amounting, some would say, to a load of old balls.
