GfK NOP names new director of retail insight

GfK, the market research company, has appointment a new director of GfK NOP Consumer Products & Retail.

Caroline Osborne was formerly senior insight consultant at supermarket chain Morrisons.

At GfK Osborne will be tasked with growing GfK’s UK retail business and enhancing the company’s shopper insight, customer satisfaction, segmentation and U&A credentials.

GfK says she brings strong client-side credentials in retail and a wide range of consumer research experience.

Previously she has held managerial positions in customer insight at Sainsbury’s and health and beauty retailer Superdrug.

Separately, fast.MAP, Insight Partner of the Direct Marketing Association and Research Champion of the Institute of Fundraising has appointed Rafal Gajdamowicz as a director.
