Happy Egg media brief handed to John Ayling

John Ayling & Associates has been appointed to handle media planning and buying for the 2.5 million launch of premium free-range egg brand The Happy Egg Company.

John Ayling & Associates has been appointed to handle media planning and buying for the £2.5 million launch of premium free-range egg brand The Happy Egg Company.

The advertising for the Noble Foods brand has been created by the Clinton Partnership and will include television, print and online activity.

The campaign begins on May 4 with a 30 second TV spot and is soundtracked by the Steppenwolf rock track Born To Be Wild. The voiceover is delivered by actress Caroline Quentin and the face of the campaign is the Happy Egg entrepreneurial farmer John Michalski.

He is shown driving on his quad bike with a hen perched on the back.

Noble Foods is the UK’s biggest supplier of eggs and The Happy Egg Company products will be distributed via Co-Op, Tesco, Asda, Somerfield and Morrison’s.
