Kytle, who was head of marketing at Avis UK, will oversee Hilton marketing resources across the region, including responsibility for brand strategy, strategic partnerships and promotions across the leisure and business markets.
She will report to James Farrow, senior vice-president sales EMEA.
Hilton Worldwide recently changed the terms of its reward points scheme, increasing the number of points needed to qualify for free room nights by 25%.
Kytle was promoted from her position as Avis Europe’s brand and marketing communications manager to become the head of marketing for Avis UK in September 2008.
Kytle has also previously worked for British Airways in several senior marketing roles.
