Game changer
Former England player turned presenter, Alex Scott, summed it up perfectly following the Lionesses’ historic win in Women’s Euros final on Sunday. “I’m not standing up at corporate events in front of sponsors anymore begging for them to get involved in the women’s game, because, you know what? If you’re not involved then you’ve missed the train, it’s finally left the station and it’s gathering speed.”
