IPA names first woman president
Nicola Mendelsohn, chairman and partner of Karmarama, is to take over from Rory Sutherland as president of the IPA next year.
She will become the advertising agency body’s first female president in its 94-year history and serve a two-year, annually-elected term.
Mendelsohn’s nomination will be ratified at the IPA’s AGM on 24 March before replacing Sutherland, vice-chairman of Ogilvy Group UK, on 6 April.
Prior to Karmarama, she was deputy chairman at Grey London.
