ITV’s head of online commissioning departs

Kate Bradshaw, ITV.com’s deputy MD and head of online commissioning, is leaving the broadcaster.

She will not be directly replaced. It is understood her role will be spread out across the broadcaster, as it looks to integrate multi-platform into its commercial strategy.

Her five department heads will now report to ITV.com MD Robin Pembrooke.

Her departure is the latest in a series of changes to the broadcaster’s commercial and digital divisions.

Five’s former sales director Kelly Williams has become director of TV sales, and Simon Daglish, UK commercial VP at Fox Interactive Media, is director of multi-platform and partnerships.

Both will report to ITV MD of commercial and online Fru Hazlitt.

ITV also appointed former Royal Mail communications director Mary Fagan as is communications and corporate affairs director earlier this week.

The broadcaster has also bid farewell to ITV Studios digital production head Patricia Wagstaff, who left the broadcaster just before Christmas.

Bradshaw joined ITV as head of online commissioning in 2008. Previously she was director of production, new media at IMG.
