Living it Larger in da forum

Word reaches the Diary of an innovative approach to livening up marketing conferences. As the capabilities of PowerPoint are stretched to the limit and the speechwriters use up their best tricks, one man has come up with a new way to keep his audience riveted – or awake, at any rate.

Christian Larger, chairman of Paris-based Gibory Consultant and, er, homeboy (he’s the one in the pale blue shirt) has discovered rapping. Perhaps inspired by P Diddy, who earlier in the week had been kicked out of one of the forum’s evening events, Larger reportedly gave his presentation in a hip-hop style. Unfortunately, Mixmaître Larger had not replied to the Diary’s e-mail as Marketing Week went to press, so the full glory of his flow will have to remain a mystery.

But the Diary is sure the performance drew mad props from the assembled “crew” – and if you diss him, he’ll no doubt pop a cap in votre cul.
