Situated in the heart of Westminster in the leafy square surrounding St. Johns Church, Local Government House is a great venue in a prime location.

The award winning conference centre, which comprises of four conference rooms and the distinguished Bevin Hall comes with its own entrance located on Dean Bradley Street. This suite, as with the rest of the building, is fully accessible. We offer a comprehensive AV package to suit all events and the rooms are all web-cast capable and wi-fi enabled. With an additional eleven meeting rooms of all sizes, Local Government House has a solution for you whatever the size or type of event. For post conference networking or drinks receptions why not try our seventh floor roof terrace.

With panoramic views over Westminster it is an ideal setting to enjoy long summer evenings with a glass of Pimms or champagne. To accompany your event our resident catering team have created a range of menus from canapés to silver service dinners, full English breakfasts and working lunches. The team are able to provide menus suitable for any dietary requirements.

The building has played host to high level political meetings since 1928. Today as Local Government House we still play an important role within political circles as well as hosting meetings and conferences for councillors, MPs and other politically active groups.
