Marketing Week Masters Awards to return with in-person ceremony

After an intense 18 months for the business world, Marketing Week will celebrate the tireless work of marketers with the return of the in-person Masters Awards ceremony in October.

CelebrationThe annual Marketing Week Masters Awards ceremony is returning next month with an in-person ceremony celebrating the very best in marketing.

Taking place on the evening of 21 October at The Londoner in Leicester Square, the ceremony will recognise the marketers who have worked tirelessly over the past 18 months to keep their brands relevant through effective and innovative marketing, as the pandemic forced businesses into unchartered territory.

Brands shortlisted for the plaudits include BBC One, Cadbury, EE, Ford, HSBC, Heinz, KFC, Paddy Power, Specsavers, Tesco and TikTok, to name but a few.

All awards are being judged by an esteemed panel of industry heavyweights, including Unilever global growth operations officer Debora Koyama, NatWest CMO Margaret Jobling and L’Oréal UK and Ireland CMO, Lex Bradshaw-Zanger.

The awards will follow the final day (21 October) of the Festival of Marketing and form part of this year’s four-day hybrid event.

“The Masters is all about celebrating the best of the industry and now we’re able to come together after such a long time apart the ceremony will be a very special evening,” says Marketing Week and Festival of Marketing editor-in-chief, Russell Parsons.

“There has been so much innovation, creative thinking and effectiveness demonstrated in the last 18 months we want the awards, and the Festival of Marketing before it, to be a celebration of all that’s great about marketing.”

Early bird tables seating 10 are still available across all three tiers – silver (£3,099 plus VAT), gold (£3,449 plus VAT) and platinum (£3,799 plus VAT). Gold tables will receive a magnum of chilled Blanc de Blanc NV champagne for the start of the awards or three bottles of beer per person, plus three bottles of wine.

In addition to the above, platinum tables will be given a designated area for their guests at the drinks reception, preferential table positioning and a post-dinner cheese board or post-awards cocktail.
