As marketing WhatsApp communities grow in prominence, why are so many marketers turning to peer-to-peer groups for support?
For some senior marketers, WhatsApp groups are taking on a mentoring role and providing a place to connect, draw inspiration and expertise from people outside their direct support circle.
Paws Group CMO Richard Clark began one such group in the early 2020 lockdown, when rafts of marketers were left either redundant, or on furlough. That group has now grown into a support hub for a range of marketers across different industries and skillsets.
