Marmite reopens pop-ups
Marmite is partnering with Selfridges to bring back its pop-up stores.
Four pop-ups will open this week in Selfridges stores in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Trafford and will be open until Christmas.
Marmite opened a pop-up store on London’s Regent Street in the run up to last Christmas. It claims the partnership with Selfridges was inspired by a customer petition to re-open after it closed.
More than 150 Marmite themed products from t-shirts, tableware, stationary and fashion accessories will be available.
The stores will also sell Marmite Chocolate and host Marmite inspired events including VIP breakfasts, book signings and a Marmite love/hate photo shoot.
Visitors to the Oxford Street store will be able to leave marmite love/hate messages on a comment wall.
The pop-ups follow a “Marmite shrine” was revealed in Burton upon Trent earlier this week.
The pop-ups have bee created by brand consultancy Hot Pickle.
