Mars Petcare has launched five direct-to-consumer (DTC) propositions in Europe across its natural and health brands over the past two years, with the aim of building “more intimate relationships” with consumers amid Covid-19, national lockdowns and a major shift in consumer buying behaviour towards online shopping.
