M&C lands £5m Bryant Homes

House builder Bryant Homes has appointed M&C Saatchi to its £5m advertising business.

The agency pitched against J Walter Thompson and incumbent Wallis Tomlinson. The review was handled by the AAR.

M&C will develop a branding campaign and regional tactical activity.

The appointment was made by Bryant Homes group marketing director Lorraine Morrissey, who was unavailable for comment.

The move follows a strategic review at Bryant Homes, overseen by new chief executive Peter Long and Morrissey.

Bryant Homes builds homes at more than 120 locations across the UK, including inner-city luxury apartments. It constructs almost 4,000 homes a year.

Bryant recently launched The Design Service, which aims to cater for individual choice rather than selling houses with standard specifications.

Walker Media has been appointed to handle media planning and buying.

M&C managing director Tim Duffy says: “Bryant Homes means business and intends to shake things up. Our campaign will reflect the company’s new dynamic approach.”
