McDonald’s tries to tackle McJob “misconceptions”

McDonald’s has launched a recruitment drive with a campaign featuring staff members discussing the benefits of working for the fast-food chain.

The “Meet our People” press, online and in-store ads will attempt to “to tackle misconceptions and showcase the reality of work at McDonald’s”.

The move comes as the company announces it is to offer its restaurant managers the chance to study for a foundation degree in “managing business operations”.
