Alicia Grimes-Gibson

Alicia is the Omnichannel Marketing Director, Jo Malone London UK & Ireland (The Estée Lauder Companies). Prior to joining Jo Malone London, she has enjoyed a rewarding career across luxury beauty and lifestyle brands, including Coty Prestige Fragrance & Skincare, Shiseido Group Prestige Fragrance & Skincare, Selfridges and Molton Brown. When she is not immersed in the wonderful world of marketing, Alicia also tries to undertake an annual physical challenge to raise money for a charity, which she counts as one of her proudest achievements alongside her ongoing mentoring of 2 junior female marketers. Alicia could not be herself without family, friends, daily exercise, travel, a dry vodka martini, a good laugh, and of course a good professional or personal challenge.
