Alison Cowan

My marketing career began in the early 90’s at direct marketing agencies with clients such as Tesco, GSK and Barclaycard. For the last 20 years I’ve led marketing, digital, data and fundraising teams at charities including Battersea, Barnardo’s, Comic Relief, Marie Curie, Mencap and Teenage Cancer Trust.

I’m now an Executive Director at the disability equality charity Scope which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. I’m passionate about social justice, accessibility and inclusion and have hidden disabilities myself including complex PTSD.
