Antonia Wade is CMO at Capita, a £4bn technology company. In two years she built a strategic, data driven marketing function, transforming 65+ fragmented teams – with 147 brands, 185 websites and negative ROI – into a multi-award winning team. In 2020 they generated £5.8bn pipeline, closed the consideration gap vs competitors by 15 points and achieved the highest NPS score in 3 years.

Before that she led the global marketing team at Thomson Reuters, transforming it from a loss-making function into a productive team, delivering 17% of gross sales and 34% of pipeline –making $14 for every $1 invested in marketing. Prior to that she was at Accenture where she led the international marketing strategy for a $3bn technology business to accelerate sales, drive customer loyalty and raise brand within the market – as well as lead internal communications for 50,000 people globally.

She is a regular speaker on the marketing circuit particularly on change, data, technology and client insights.
