Charlotte is responsible for the John Lewis Partnership’s enterprise customer strategy; customer and marketing technology transformation; loyalty programmes; enterprise brand architecture and retail media network development as well as the Omnichannel product teams, CX, Brand, shop proposition and Marketing for John Lewis & Partners.

Charlotte has spent almost three decades in Customer, Marketing and Digital transformation roles for brands and agencies in the UK and internationally across grocery, fashion, and media sectors.

Charlotte loves fashion and football and lives in Cheshire with her husband, three children and Springer Spaniel
