Izabela Santos is a seasoned strategic marketing leader with a career spanning two decades, primarily in the dynamic realm of the energy sector. Her journey at Smiths Group commenced in January 2024, where she assumed the pivotal role of New Fuels Segment Leader. In this capacity, Izabela is entrusted with defining and executing comprehensive strategies to propel her segments to new heights of success.

Prior to her tenure at Smiths Group, Izabela held the distinguished position of Strategic and Marketing Executive Director at one of Halma’s divisions. In this influential role, she spearheaded strategic planning initiatives, crafted robust growth strategies, and drove complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Before her tenure at Halma, Izabela honed her expertise at Honeywell UOP, a renowned leader in sustainable energy solutions. Here, she led strategic and business development endeavours across the spectrum offering within refining, hydrogen and green fuels / biofuels, contributing significantly to the company’s diverse portfolio and market leadership.

Izabela’s journey in the energy sector is marked by her tenure at Doosan Heavy Industries, where she undertook various strategic, marketing, and business development roles, further solidifying her reputation as a versatile and results-oriented leader.

Educationally, Izabela holds an Executive MBA from the SBS Swiss Business School, complemented by a Master’s in International Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
