Jessica Houston is the Global Marketing Planning Lead at The Body Shop, where she manages a team to write, brief and deliver 360 strategic marketing campaigns and creative projects. Jess has over ten years of marketing experience working across a variety of industries, both B2B and B2C, including financial services, emerging technology, health and beauty.

Alongside this, Jess has been heavily involved in the School of Marketing as a founding member, mentor and editor and continues to be passionate about coaching and educating young people in marketing careers.

In 2021, Jess set up her own freelance business, Jessica Houston Marketing, and part-time consults startups and agencies on marketing strategy and personal branding.
