Chief Customer OfficerBBC

Kerris joined the BBC in June 2018 as the first ever Chief Customer Officer. She is accountable for delivering £3.8bn of customer revenue, for driving a data and insight inspired BBC and for ensuring the BBC brand is loved, used and valued.

Prior to joining the BBC she was Chief Marketing Officer at Virgin Media and has held senior marketing positions at British Airways, ICI Paints and Unilever.

Kerris has a PhD in molecular neuroscience from the University of Sussex and lives in London and Buckinghamshire with her partner Ben and their border collie Izzy.
