Kristian is Managing Partner, Global Innovation at Finecast leading on the design and build of new product solutions and emerging commercial opportunities globally. The innovation team are focused on analysing the TV and digital marketplace to identify the trends that will fuel Finecast’s product roadmap by providing clients with a competitive advantage through access to new audiences, new screens and new technologies. Kristian joined Finecast in 2017 as Head of Engagement, where he led the revenue growth through new business, client relationships and partner strategy. He was then promoted to Managing Partner, Growth in 2021 in an expanded role to lead client engagement, new business and marketing. Prior to Finecast, Kristian built up a significant breath of experience across TV broadcast and agency TV planning. During his six-year tenure at Videology, he held several roles in both the UK and APAC developing multiple commercial partnerships, business models and new market launches. Outside of work, Kristian enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family and friends. He has a passion for food, travel and all varieties of sport, specifically NFL, Rugby and Leeds United. He attempts to stay healthy (his words) with both OrangeTheory and his new-found passion for running!
