Marie Goddard

Marie is a marketeer with over 20 years of experience building commercially impactful, customer-centric marketing strategies and high performing teams.

She is currently Director of Customer Relationships at the Financial Times, responsible for life-cycle management, customer engagement and revenue growth across the FT’s subscriber base.

Prior to the FT, Marie was Head of Customer Marketing at BT looking after the in-life marketing activity for the entire consumer base of c.10m customers across the portfolio : Broadband, BT Sport and BT TV.
