Paul has spent the last 10 years helping marketing and digital teams adopt new mind-sets and build new skills for world leading organisations across multiple sectors. Prior to this, Paul spent 15 years in senior operational marketing at Nestle & Diageo. His roles included Head of Scotch and Luxury Brands for Global Travel & Middle East and Beer Portfolio Manager for South Africa. This combination of operational experience and capability consultancy means Paul is able to understand and authentically connect with marketing teams at all levels. In 2020 Paul was recognised as one of the top 100 most influential, pioneering and groundbreaking people in the digital/tech industry by the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA). Paul is also a member of the Econsultancy Digital Advisory Board – a leading thinktank for global Digital Leaders.
