Rachel spent the early part of her career working on FMCG household brands such as Dairylea, Terry’s Chocolate Orange, Mr Kipling and Ben’s Original. She’s spent the last decade working at Camelot who operate The National Lottery under licence. Rachel has played a significant role in the National Lottery’s recent success – the brand is in its best ever health and continues to deliver best ever sales and returns to Good causes. This performance has been driven by focus on a brand led approach and a doubling in media investment over the last 5 years. She is lead Mentor on the Marketing Leadership Masterclass. Outside of work she’s a wife, mum and keen amateur gardener.
