Steve Challouma

Steve Challouma is the General Manager of Birds Eye, the brand leader in UK Frozen Foods, encompassing the Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s brands. He has spent over 20 years in the FMCG industry, starting his career at Unilever.

Steve was previously Marketing Director, where he led the team that turned around the Birds Eye brand, delivering three years of growth. He is a passionate advocate of sustainable food solutions, supporting the Marine Stewardship Council for sustainable fishing, the UK Plastics Pact and the Veg Power initiative, which aims at encouraging children to increase their vegetables consumption. Steve is married with three Fish Finger loving children.
