Chief Marketing OfficerTourism Australia

As Tourism Australia’s Chief Marketing Officer, Susan is
responsible for driving the organisation’s international
marketing strategy. Susan has led the development and
execution of award-winning creative campaigns including
the global ‘Come and Say G’day’ campaign, ‘Dundee’ in the
US, ‘Matesong’ in the UK, and the Australian ‘Holiday Here
This Year’ campaign.

Prior to Tourism Australia, Susan held marketing leadership
roles at Westpac and Qantas, and worked at globally
revered advertising agencies in Australia, Singapore and
Los Angeles, including The Campaign Palace, Publicis Mojo,
BBH, and TBWA\Chiat\Day.
Susan has been recognised in the prestigious CMO50 list
since 2020, sits on the ADMA Advisory Board and is a
mentor for The Marketing Academy
