‘High-performance culture’: M&S marks ‘new beginnings’ with ITV partnership
Celebrating the “beginnings of a new M&S”, the retailer is partnering with ITV on a TV show aimed at lifting the lid on its “high-performance culture”.
Marks & Spencer is on a mission to broaden its appeal and relevancy by partnering with ITV on a nationwide search for its next in-house designer.
M&S: Dress The Nation, hosted by AJ Odudu and Vernon Kay, will document the hiring process over six episodes, with the winner joining one of the design teams at M&S in London’s Paddington.
Anna Braithwaite, marketing director at M&S clothing and home, tells Marketing Week the show will lift the lid on the retailer’s design process and “high-performance culture”, which is “fundamental” to how the business continues to continues to chase growth.
