National Accident Helpline reviews ad account

Personal injury legal specialist the National Accident Helpline is on the hunt for an advertising agency to help bolster awareness for the brand.

The company, launched in 1993, confirmed that it is reviewing its advertising business with the help of intermediary Billetts Haystack.

The current incumbent is Media Circus of Manchester and the review is being led by head of marketing Beth Powell.
The National Accident Helpline works on a “no win, no fee” basis. In 2006 venture capitalist LDC backed a management buyout of the company.

The helpline also owns NoWinNoFeeClaims.com, and Benchmark Insurance.

Rival Claims Direct overhauled its brand positioning in July with a new logo and strapline following the appointment of digital agency GraphicoDMG.

Claims… Direct and to the point” replaced “Claims Direct. Solicitors plain and simple” with the aim of building “the promise into the brand itself”.
