Matt Salmon, who is currently group publishing director for Prima, Prima Baby, You & Your Wedding and Cosmopolitan Bride, has been promoted to take up the role and oversee the publisher’s commercial strategy.
The commercial director role has been created to “define and deliver” the company’s advertising strategy as it moves towards becoming a fully multi-media publisher.
Salmon will work with NatMag’s clients, media agencies and advertisers to define the new sales strategy.
He will take up his new role with immediate effect and report to NatMag’s chief executive Arnaud de Puyfontaine.
Rival consumer publishers IPC Media and Bauer Media have recently offloaded titles in strategic moves to streamline their business.
