Telephone directory service 118 118 is launching an outdoor campaign featuring catchphrases from hit 1980s television show The A-Team.
To support the brand’s current TV work, which features the programme’s theme tune and the 118 118 runners, Clear Channel is running a “sonic” campaign across 200 six-sheet Adshel bus shelter sites in London, to highlight the directory’s range of services. Passengers waiting at bus shelters will hear the runners say catchphrases from the show, such as “I love it when a plan comes together” and “I ain’t getting on no bus”.
The initiative has been planned and booked through OMD, Naked and Hyperspace at Posterscope. Creative work is by WCRS, and JC Decaux Innovate has also worked on the campaign.
