Renault is introducing its latest people carrier, the Grand Scenic 5 Seat, with a campaign featuring a child’s passing fancies.
Created by Publicis and breaking on October 6, the TV execution shows the young girl going through a series of obsessions, including fairies, drumming and football.
All the scenes feature the new model, and the ad ends with the strapline: “With two sizes and five or seven seats, the new Scenic’s always ready for the next big thing”.
Alongside 30- and 40-second TV bursts, the campaign will feature a cinema ad, and press and outdoor work highlighting the car’s boot capacity. Publicis Dialog has also created a direct marketing pack.
Publicis brand director Jonathan Campbell says: “This spot is the latest in a long line of great Renault ads, building on the Scenic heritage from previous campaigns.”
