South Eastern Trains is launching an outdoor advertising campaign to encourage more people to travel outside peak times.
The campaign, created by Rapier, breaks next week and features the strapline “It’s on your doorstep” to illustrate how easy it is for people who live in the South-east to visit attractions in London and Kent using the South Eastern Trains network.
The campaign will also make use of direct mail, ambient and online executions, as well as ads on the trains themselves. It will highlight specific journey times from a passenger’s home station to a range of attractions, including Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London.
The posters also feature a text number that travellers can use to get more “Days Out” ideas. A brochure and website provide further information.
