New Campaigns – Vimto

Vimto has launched a newly designed version of its 250ml sports-cap bottle, which will be in shops in time for the start of the new school year.

The single bottle will be available at a recommended retail price of 55p, with the multi-pack priced at &£1.49.

The new ready-to-drink bottle is ergonomically shaped to fit more comfortably into children’s hands, with Vimto pitching it as an essential addition to school lunchboxes.

Vimto Soft Drinks has invested a record &£4m in marketing this year, relaunching the brand with an advertising campaign, which includes cinema, press and door-drop activity targeted at key consumers and buyers. The campaign encourages consumers to ‘Shlurple the Purple’.

Vimto is planning to launch an orange-flavoured cordial next month (MW last week).
