Online access for print subscribers

As an existing paid subscriber (i.e. print only bought prior to 4 July 2019) you will be given unlimited access to all online content on marketingweek.comat no extra charge, for the remaining duration of your subscription. This includes Econsultancy reports, briefings and webinars that are part of the new Marketing Week Premium subscription. Please see below for detailed instructions on how to get access:

If you are already a registered user of, and your online account includes the same 7 digit customer reference number as detailed on the address label of your print copy, then you will automatically get access to all online content. If the two customer reference numbers don’t match, please call customer services on +44 (0)20 7292 3703* or email  so they can set up access for you.

How to find your customer reference number 

Your customer reference number is a 7 digit number that can be found at the top of your My Account page. You will need to sign in to to view this number.

If you are a print subscriber it can also be found on the address label of your print copy.
