The finance-first marketer
The need for marketers to get close to finance, to speak the language of their peers, and to be more literate in the ways of their colleagues is one much discussed. Illustrating the need earlier this year, effectiveness guru Les Binet said marketers need to be “rooted in hard economics and business sense”.
