Peroni shares stories past in stylish cinema ad

Peroni Nastro Azzurro is offering fans a glimpse into its origins through its latest cinema advert in an effort to reinforce its credentials as a premium Italian style brand.

The “Storie di Stile” (Stories of Style) highlights the moments that led to the creation of the premium beer. Set in Italy, it follows the grandson of the founder of the Peroni brewery as he is inspired by cultural changes during the 60s to create the premium Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer.

The advert, which is part of the brand’s 50th anniversary celebrations, is supported by print and outdoor activity alongside a content hub. The brand is using the activity to bolster its Italian heritage.

Mulberry’s creative director Emma Hill is leaving the company. The announcement on Monday (10 June) came as a total shock for most in the fashion industry. Proof of Hill’s importance to the brand and the subsequent shock that her departure garnered was evident from the £40m that was wiped from Mulberry’s share price on Monday after the company confirmed her exit.
